Dewayne Inglish was absolutely wonderful! He came to my house the same day I called and took care of the problem right away. He was incredibly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I called up to ask about pricing for treatment in my home, and I was very impressed with how professional the staff was! The lady who helped me (I think she said her name was Tia?) was super friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions and was very patient while I explained my issues. I’m still calling around for pricing, but Shoops is definitely at the top of the list so far! It’s definitely hard to find good customer service these days, but the staff there seems to be fantastic! Our service technician Cannon was a well mannered, professional young man who delivered our service today! He was efficient and thorough as well as friendly. He even made friends with the Family dog! We highly recommend him and shoots for all your needs.
