We came back from vacation to a massive wasps nest on our back porch. Sent a picture to Abashi and he showed up that day. Thankful he did, as it turns out had one of my kids wandered back there, there were enough of them to cause some serious harm. Abashi took care of it safely and effectively, ensuring we were inside and safe while he removed it. You can tell he loves what he does and really loves being able to help people. 10/10 recommend tis company!

The owner of this business is extremely professional and acts in the best interest of his clients. The first time I used this company, he came out same day to assess. Just this past week, he squeezed me into his already booked up schedule so that he could spray my yard prior to an event. He went out of his way to make this happen for me, such excellent customer service. Every time I have contacted him, he responds right away and is always helpful. If you live in the Windham area, hire this guy! You won't be disappointed. You can do an annual plan that covers everything, both indoor and outdoors! Pests, mosquitos, bees, rodents, you name it, he does it all. Very knowledgeable as well.

Working with Abashi and a Smart Defense has been great! I signed in as a customer in January when they took care of my mouse problem. I called the Friday before the 4th of July weekend as I had some ants in my house and not only did someone answer my call, but Abashi was at my house within a couple of hours. I was not expecting that given it was a long weekend. He’s always so pleasant and kind, and the ants are gone! I highly recommend this company!
