I had a weed problem prior to using Stark and wasn't entirely happy with my previous service. However, since switching, my weeds have run rampant and for every weed I had before, I have 5-10 times more (ratio wise). Before I had 1 bad spot with 1 type of weed. Now I have my entire lawn full of different types as if I don't have a lawn service. I was over promised and they under delivered by the termite salesperson. I'm considering ending all services with them. I even complained to a manager about this issue 2 months ago and it's gotten even worse. The manager told me he'd come out himself and I don't know that he ever did. These pictures are only a small portion of my lawn and reflect almost all of it. Would any of you believe I pay anyone? My friends and neighbors don't think I have a lawn service.

I've been using Stark Exterminators for about 2 years now. From the first phone call, I find them easy to work with and very attentive. Donnell is my home representative and I really wouldn't want anyone else. He's personal, professional and very knowledgeable. And always goes above & beyond. I feel like we're friends.

Stark has been great for our home. We have used them for years for both lawn and pest control. Chris.C who does the pest control is great and detailed. Sam.D takes car of our lawn, he too is great and personable and detailed.

Stark is adequate for the control of exterior pests only. However, I saw 7 baby roaches over the course of 3 weeks inside my home and requested that the interior of my home be sprayed. Apparently, Stark does not treat interiors. Their solution was to squirt a tiny amount of a liquid solution ONLY in the rooms where I saw the bugs. A requested call from the supervisor did not materialize until I cancelled my service contract.

I used this company for about 5 years when they were Apex, and back then the service was excellent. Ever since they were bought out and became Stark, the quality has gone completely downhill. The technician they send out clearly does not care. He shows up, sits in his car for 20–25 minutes, then spends maybe 5 minutes walking around lightly treating the house while talking on his phone. The service report always claims he was there for 30 minutes, but it’s obvious nothing is actually being treated properly or thoroughly. Meanwhile, we’ve had ongoing issues with ants, wasps, and other pests—including visible nests that were completely ignored. I called to complain, and even the manager admitted the technician was doing a bad job. I asked for a new tech and was told that wasn’t possible, so I canceled my service. Or at least I thought I did. They came out three more times after I canceled, and despite multiple phone calls, I could not get them to stop showing up. Stark is unprofessional, unreliable, and nearly impossible to cancel. Save yourself the headache and go with another pest control company.
