Excellent service. Great cusotmer service from everyone on the team. Very pleased with the services I receive. During their service call, if there are other needs noted, the team will share their finding. What I truly love is that there is no pressure to add any additional services based on the findings; although I have followed the recommendations because of the trust I have in their services.

I called a few exterminators in town for my moms home. Stark has the highest reviews and they did not disappoint. Brittney answered my call and all of my questions. She advised me on the best plan for my moms needs. She was able to get me into the schedule the following day (which is crazy fast service and much appreciated). They have an online payment system which I absolutely love. It’s easy to navigate and I was able to pay within a matter of minutes. Josh called the day of the appointment to let me know what time he would be on-site. He was extremely professional. He spent quite some time on the initial visit spraying around the inside and outside of the property. He also went around a second time inside and outside with a duster to remove all cobwebs from the interior and exterior (corners of the house, around the garage doors and all the windows). I signed up for a quarterly service and I feel like my mom is in very good hands.

We had a great experience with Stark Exterminators so far. They were able to come out for their initial assessment within a day of calling. The representative who came to do the evaluation was Bobby, and he was nice, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend them, and the prices are affordable.
