Lucas set up the appointment and went over price and what the service covers. He was helpful, patient, and kind. Chad was quick and efficient and explained everything clearly to me. I haven't had any issue with pests since Chad stopped by. I'm very happy with everything!

Gave them a 2 because the technician was very nice, however they came out to get rid of Cicada Killers are they were not effective. They came back out and were once again ineffective. Their guarantee is only good for 30 days so still have the problem. Two of my neighbors used them for the same issue and also had the same results.
