Sting operation did a terrific job eliminating the nest of yellow jackets that had invaded my patio. They arrived within 1/2 hour of my phone call and got right to work. They are courteous and very informative. They warned both of my neighbors about the yellow jackets and explained everything to me in detail. They guarantee their work so there is no risk. We heard a dull buzzing sound coming from behind our basement interior wall. Went outside and saw mass yellow jackets entering/exiting. Then the technician who arrived ( a different time than originally expected but they handled it well) was pleasant and patient with my questions and concerns. They offered a written guarantee.
