Andre did a great job with the inspection and walking me through all of his findings. I really appreciate his communication and thoroughness, especially since my inspection period was very short and needed to be completed efficiently and professionally. I normally don’t fill out the “describe” portion of theses surveys. But, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Andre the technician and Kayla the contact agent with Swans. Not only is Andre punctual and knowledgeable he also has such a warm friendly demeanor. We are a disabled veteran family so a persons work ethic and integrity matter to us! Andre was thorough in both inspection sites, and even pointed out a concerning wood rot area that he caught while performing his inspection. Scheduling with Kayla was a breeze her demeanor makes you feel like family!! Overall, pricing is affordable for what you’re getting. Absolutely amazing service. I called and service the same day. I had the pleasure of working with Andre. He was very knowledgeable and informative and was able to spray my instead and outside very quickly.

Andre, the owner, came out to my place the very same morning that I called him to prevent a new infestation of Asian roaches. He was very polite and friendly. I was pleased to find out that he is a Christian man. His rates are very reasonable and he doesn't lock you into a contract. I highly recommend his company to anyone looking for an exterminator.
