Our initial inspection and consultation was excellent. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and clear understanding of the repairs that need to be made. However, we have worked for a couple weeks now to get an appointment scheduled for the repairs to be made and have not had much response. Our inspector, who was great, has been on vacation which is understandable but we were not able to get help from anyone else at the company and are still waiting for a response from anybody else within the company.

Ivan’s service has been exceptional from day one.. I know I can count on him to take care of any and all pest control needs. I’ve had to reach out on different occasions for varying reasons and he always responds promptly. I know I’m in good hands with Terminix, it’s been a positive experience overall.
