I just wanted to write this message to let Terminix know that Shawn Hunter is the best technician we’ve ever had. I’m retired now, but he has always told me to give him my feed back when I got a chance to so hear I am! I wanted to make sure I came on here to share how outstanding his service has been. I am old school so this new stuff is very new to me. He consistently does a thorough job inspecting our facility for bed bugs, always carries himself with professionalism, and goes above and beyond in his work. His friendly attitude and dedication made our staff feel safer and more comfortable every day. Thank you, Shawn, for everything you’ve done to help us feel confident in our workplace.

The experience was great! We called with a small bug issue and the service was fast and effective. We had our issue fixed in just one treatment and they still continue to monitor for an effective treatment for weeks to Follow. The tech, Shawn, was friendly and very helpful. with any and all questions. Highly recommend Terminix!

Edgar with Terminix is absolutely THE BEST! He continually delivers great service and goes above and beyond his job description. Always communicating about what I can expect as a homeowner and lets me know if he sees anything out of the ordinary. He’s very helpful and courteous. And he does it all with a bright smile on his face!

This may be a long message, but I have to say your technician Shawn is truly outstanding. I’m currently in another state, and I sent my mother the money to pay for her bed bug treatment. She’s embarrassed about the situation, so I won’t mention her name, but she does have an active issue. Shawn came in while I was on the phone with her and took the time to answer every question I had. He walked my mother through the house, explained exactly what he was going to do, and then executed the treatment just as he said he would. I’m extremely happy we chose this company over the others.
