I recently moved to Texas and hired Terminix to treat my home for pests, and I could not be happier with the service I received. Brendan was absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and exceptionally thorough. From the moment he arrived, Brendan took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard. He explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions, and then went above and beyond in treating my home. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and about the people he serves. It’s rare to meet someone so personable and dedicated to doing the job right the first time. Because of Brendan, I feel confident and at ease knowing my home is protected. As long as we live here, I’ll definitely be requesting him for all of our pest control needs.
