John Scism, my local field technician, is fully responsible for my high review rating. He does thorough inspection inside and all of the bait traps outside. He’s very professional and communicate a well. Good job John!

Couldn't get the service tech to come on time when scheduled. Put me off 3 times. I called to cancel my service and was told it was canceled but was still charged 2 months in a row. When I called, terminix they admitted fault and submitted refund inquiry for both months (which the lady said i was owed) but never gave me my money. Apon calling again they now say they don't owe me for both unauthorized payments. Tried to speak with a supervisor and got blown off. Couldn't be more dissatisfied. Awful service!

Gerry Ewell is awesome. He is personable and very thorough. He explains all what he is doing and does not leave until we are satisfied. Shawn Cox, the inspector who came out prior to treatment was also very nice and took her time with inspecting the entire house. Her report was very thorough. I am so happy to have Gerry taking care of our home.

They were prompt in getting out to my house as soon as possible. The technician Gary Leathers was so kind and reassuring. He made me feel at ease and that he would be able to tackle our pest problem. So far, it's only been a few weeks and we can already tell a difference. The inspector, Antonio Patton, was also very helpful.

Our technician was super friendly and explained everything that he was doing. He assured us that our pets would be fine and was in and out without any issues. I’ve used several pest control services and so far, I’m very impressed with Terminix. We have absolutely seen a decline in the amount of bugs and spiders.
