What an awful experience I received from this branch! It was lies after lies after lies. Couldn't get a call back no matter how many times I called the 800 number, couldn't get anyone that knew anything about bugs ever, Matt was the only 1 who even attempted to find out the kind of bugs we found. So I requested him to be the only 1 to come out and that was too hard for them to accommodate as well so I canceled my very poor service after only 3 months.

I have a yearly termite bait service. They were serviced today by Rutilo. He is a very fine young man. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and just knows his stuff. I would him to be the technician always.

We pay about 120 every 3 months for bug protection on the inside and outside of the home and its been worth every penny. Great customer service and have never had an issue with them in the over 5 years we have used them.

Rutilo was great. Out of 3 visits he is the only 1 who helped me look for the pests that have made my life a living hell! I surely didn't like the news he gave me but was happy that someone actually took the time to find out the problem! He only got 3 stars tho bc I have more than just bedbugs and he didn't know what any of the others were
