We’ve had a contract with Terminix for several years and I’ve been satisfied with the routine service. More recently however we’ve had an issue with wildlife digging under the porch and it’s been more of a challenge. I’m posting to say thank you and to give kudos to Danny in particular who has gone above and beyond to take care of the trapping and removal of animals for us. Whenever I have a question he’s quick to respond by text. Same with coming to collect the animals and set new traps. He has provided A+ customer service and deserves a shout out. Thanks, Danny!

We have the pleasure of our monthly maintenance visits with Mitchell. He makes sure to explain what he is doing as well as checking to see if we have any additional concerns or issues between visits. We value his attention to detail and appreciate the outstanding service!

Not professional. You make appoinments and tech's don't show or show up outside of appointment times. No communication from tech or company. They're more than happy to bill you even though service isn't complete. Company has it's hands in so many baskets that there is no local oversite and you're treated as if your time is worthless.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam from Terminix, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was not only incredibly kind and polite but also took the time to thoroughly explain the process and ensure everything was taken care of. Adam’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and he fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend him for anyone needing top-notch extermination service!

I am the Assistant Manager for Molly Maid of Cleveland West. We recently had a new tech Jeremy Hensley, come and perform our service. He came in spoke to us about the service he was going to perform, and got right to work. After he completed the service he got back with me and explained what he did and what areas of concern he had.
