I had a good experience with Dana from Terminix today. He was thorough in is assessment, listened to my concerns, and summarized the type and method of treatment he performed at our house very well. We have a new addition with spray foam which is apparently loved by carpenter ants. Not any more thanks to Dana and Terminix.

Made an appointment for 8/18/25 between 10am-noon. I called customer service at 11am on 8/18 to see if the tech was running on time or not. She said that he was supposed to be there at 7am. She called out to them and no answer. She left a message. I called back at 12:30 pm. Different customer service rep who really in the end didn't know how to handle the situation and was very apologetic. I told her she was very kind, and that everyone on the phone has been great. I asked her what the company policy was and she said that I should've gotten a text saying the tech was running late with a new service time. Then she rescheduled me for 1pm-5pm 8/19. We ended up getting Fox Pest Control/ Fox Manchester - NH. They came out same day I called and resolved the issue in an hour worth of work. I will not be using Terminix in the future based on the reliability of appointments (Not the customer service reps fault).

Terminex has been great for years. Dana is our service tech and he’s always proactive with letting us know of scheduled service and is punctual. We’ve had no issues in the time Terminex has been servicing our house. Would definitely recommend Dana and Terminex!

My tech was great . Always very helpful and knows exactly what to look for and treat accordingly. Thanks Brandan . Greatly appreciate your help in maintaining my newer home and helping to keep the insects out and pre treat for mice to also keep them out. Thanks again for your dedication in my home.

Brandon Mooney from terminex was very informative and easy to talk to and work with. He is very knowledgeable about all the bugs, especially the yellow jackets that we are dealing with right now. He provided a wonderful service to our property.

Your attention to the inspection and response to all of our concerns and questions were above and beyond our expectations!!! Any further pest control issues in the future, then we are calling you!
