Information about home sales, addresses, and dates is readily available public data. Termio uses this public data to send conniving letters to new homeowners in an attempt to mislead you into doing business with them. “Our file shows an ownership change…” What file? Why do you have a file on my house? “This property has termite coverage with Termio…” No, it doesn’t. I checked with the previous owner. They have never done business with you. This company does not hesitate to stoop low in order to drum up business. If they don’t hesitate now, what will they do once at your house and under contract? New homeowners, expect this letter in your mail a few months after you close. I would discard it and look elsewhere if you desire this type of service. I assure you there are companies out there with higher moral compasses.

Company is practicing borderline illegal activities. They are sending communications to new home owners directly implying that the previous owner had termite warranty. The bottom of the letter says they want to transfer the warranty and they need information in order to transfer to their name but there's no existing warranty to transfer. This leads buyers into thinking that home had potential termite damage that was not disclosed in the home sale. I can only imagine what they're willing to do once they have your credit card info.

A coworker recommended this company and I gave them a call to setup service. The sales person was very knowledgeable and I setup my first service. The service tech showed up on time, was friendly and answered all of my questions. I love that he explained everything he would be doing and that they knock down and brush around high areas for hornets and webs! Great first experience, hoping it continues.

Very good service and very thorough work done by the techs. An automated email or text a few days before service and They always call on the day about an hour before they come. Thorough after treatment reports as well and the techs will go to every nook and cranny of the house to service
