They were fantastic! I called on a Friday afternoon to inquire if they would handle an underground bee nest. They scheduled our appointment for Sunday. They were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled, and called first to confirm with us. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the bees to be gone. They were gone in less than 24. Thanks to them I can once again enjoy my back yard without fear of being stung. If we ever have need of an exterminator in the future we will definitely call them again!

The Bug Guru's dont just do pests. They offer cleaning and haul-outs. I had a cleaning done. And I was super impressed by the thorough job they did from the bathroom to the baseboards. Thank you!

Jess and Jeff are very knowledgeable and do a great job eradicating any insect problem you may have. We were having issues with carpenter ants and bees. Since they have treated our house, we have not had an issue since with any bug! They are also very kind and friendly people! I highly recommend BUG GURUS!!!
