Shane has been doing our bug service for several years now. He has always been polite and friendly to not only my husband and I, but to our kid and our dogs. He is punctual and professional and always follows up to make sure we are happy with our service. Not only do they successfully remove insects, they provide supportive education and amazing customer service. I had to stop due to money issues, and they accepted this and did not pressure me. When I was again able to pay for their services, they were super friendly and got me set up asap for a home visit. I also greatly appreciate how they accept my preferences. I foster kittens and I have cats, and so am not comfortable with insect treatment inside the home. Their acceptance of this is what keeps me with them. My experience with other vendors is a constant pushing to do what they want, rather than to support my comfort zone. Highly, highly recommend. Love them!
