I called the office and spoke with Cheyanne who was extremely friendly and helpful. Our tech Trey was on time and professional. He listened to all of our issues and questions. My wife and I feel at ease now. Excellent service and company

This company’s employee was caught on my home cameras stealing from our place on 8/18/2024 at 12:32pm. We have several cameras setup here. I gave this company an opportunity to make it right and they said to “just file a police report”. For me, this isn’t about the money that’s gone, it’s about security and professionalism. We didn’t even need our place exterminated. They came to INSPECT while we weren’t even home and that’s how this company can legally enter your home and illegally steal from you. Do not trust them with your business or home. And to the company who hired this man: Do you not inform your employees that we’re living in a world where everyone has cameras? UPDATE/ EDIT: We did file a police report with HPD and we DID provide them with video evidence. The supervisor on that shift was the one who told us to file a police report. It’s not too late to reach out us and resolve this issue. We are waiting.

Trey did an excellent job at my home! . He addressed all of my concerns. He was both polite and professional. Trey called ahead and arrived within his scheduled time frame. My home is bug free!. We appreciate the great friendly service.
