Let me just say, these people were absolutely amazing! Topper and J'Von especially had outstanding customer service and provided the most understanding, polite, and hardworking experience my family has ever encountered from any business. They are the pinnacle of performance in this industry and set a standard that all business should follow. Not only was the issue resolved but they also took measures for preventing this occurrence from happening again. From bats to mud daubers they were extremely confident that they would fix and remove the issue by any means necessary. J'Vons kindness and understanding spoke measures and Toppers unwavering confidence and politeness was a model for all employees to follow. 10 out of 10 would completely recommend at any chance moving forward!

Called the Bug Master got on the phone with a real person without having to push 10 buttons. They were able to schedule the next day which was nice (kids wanted to be outdoors, but we're scared of the wasps). Jose called 15 minutes before arriving and was very courteous. He took care of all that we asked for and provided services outside and inside our home. Give Jose a phat raise!

Gwen came out to our complex regarding a rodent issue, and she was fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable and even taught me something I didn’t know. On top of that, she’s funny, outgoing, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Thank you, Gwen!

This was my initial visit with Jvon. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He quickly understood my concerns and rat dilemma; he outlined some solutions and their costs. I was very happy with him.

Very impressed with The Bug Master and staff. Two weeks ago I had an inspection and treatment of all bugs. Since this was for a new tenant in rental property I wanted a complete job. They came back out after two weeks to make sure everything was still clean and “no bugs allowed.” The Bug Master has been knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Jvon from the bugmaster was on a service call today for rodents under the floor of my motorhome. He was so informative, respectful, and genuinely concerned with our new mice/rat issue and took us step by step on how to get rid of them. I highly recommend The Bugmaster without reservation for an honest evaluation and recommended treatments of any rodent issues you may have.
