After locating 7 termite tunnels in my one car garage, I was just sick. Because I live in a townhouse, my neighbors on my left and right sides also found termites in their garages. My neighbor called The Dead Pest Society and Donna answered the phone on the second ring. She came the next day. Thankfully, she answered all of our questions, recommended a plan, and provided a very fair estimate right on the spot. Absolutely the best experience I think I could ever have with an exterminator. We had a terrible bird problem in two vents. Called Monday, came out the next day, then completed the job the day after! So speedy, so efficient, so personable. Donna and Mike really came and did everything possible to make sure our home was secured and bird free!
