My husband and I have used The Eliminator Pest and Property Service fore the past two years and are very happy. Firstly, we are informed well in advance of upcoming appointments and are able to reschedule with ease. Secondly, we are happy with the service they provide and are truly happy to no longer have to deal with numerous mice we had. Thirdly, everyone is friendly and helpful. Kailey is always super helpful on the phone, and the technicians have all been great. Today Dan provided our bi-monthly service, and he was especially thorough and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

Trina came to my house today to do an inspection and come up with a plan to ditch the red squirrel (s?) that are trying to build an apartment in my ceiling. She was thorough and kind and so fun to work with. She had a plan and an estimate very quickly, which was appreciated! This is a great company to work with!

Thank you for your extra effort today. I'm impressed that you entered through the hatch and were able to provide the full service. Sometimes if the door isn't pulled tightly shut it will not respond when you enter the code. Just giving the door a tight tug should solve the issue. Last month I found two mice on a sticky trap in the closet under the stair case. I hadn't been aware that a trap was there before, but I hope one was placed there again. Thank you.
