They heat treated for bedbugs and sprayed at least 10 times for wellpower and failed every time they heat treated and sprayed. Well power is thinking of charging me the tenant to heat treating again. I may sue in Denver District. They claimed falsely that I carried possessions out to the car. As a result I received a demand for compliance or possession because of what they claimed. They are incompetent. The bedbugs are in the wall. I have been an attorney since 1981. I am inactive but I can still sue if they get me an eviction notice. I am 72 years old and am incapacitated because of a broken leg. I am not going to live in the street with a broken leg because of their excuses.

Clark was very unprofessional and rude. Not willing to put my mind to rest by answering any questions with a degree of certainty. Also only recommended to my property management company that since he didn’t find any bugs downstairs there was no need to treat any of my belongings down there. Keep in mind we’re moving in 2 weeks so getting all of my belongings treated was necessary. But according to my property management company, his professional opinion was that none of what was in my basement needed treated. Seriously disappointed

The Thermal Clean team helped me physically with the bed bug situation at my aunt's home, but also mentally by walking me through what was going to happen and standing by their guarantee.
