Lincoln did a great job!! He took care of the 9 huge wasp nests in my back shed, and the others ones I had on my home too. Explained everything, very polite and friendly, very reassuring about my dog and the treatment being pet friendly. Hope to see him again!! Thank you

I’m normally don’t post reviews but this company has done me a lot of good. I was dealing with a lot of wasp and Lincoln was so brave in getting that nest down and made sure that the rest of my home was in good shape. Not only did he do his job effectively, he made it known that he was proud to work for this company. They also told me that if I ever had issues(especially with the mice and spiders I was having in my crawlspace), just let them and they would make sure to help address it. We had a serious wasp problem around our property, and Tristan came out to handle it — and he did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. You could tell he really knew his stuff and genuinely cared about making sure the issue was resolved thoroughly. Tristan went above and beyond, treating all the high-traffic areas, eaves, and even some hard-to-reach spots where the wasps were nesting. Since the treatment, we’ve noticed a huge reduction in activity, and we finally feel comfortable enjoying our yard again. If you’re dealing with wasps or any other pest problem, I highly recommend asking for Tristan. He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and gets the job done right. We’re grateful for the peace of mind he gave us!

Be caution about their door to door salesman. The one that came to my door told me that he was going to do a 1 time visit and if I liked it then I could continue my service. Not thinking much of it I agreed for them to come and paid them. After a couple services I called them to cancel. This is when they told me I signed a 12 month contract when I agreed to the one time visit. If I would have known this I would have never agreed to have them come in the first place. They also require a buyout to cancel which is 70% of services left. So at this point I’m stuck paying them for another 6 months for a service that was sold to me in a one time context. Very poor and shady salesmanship and equally terrible management to allow this behavior. I would never recommend them.

TriGuard has been good to us for over a year now. They came to our house, and I, for one, never mind solicitors because I’ve found some great resources this way. Andy in particular has been amazing. (They all have honestly.) But Andy had really been on top of things working on our pest issues. We really appreciate him and his hard work and dedicated service.

Ezekiel was very good today doing my pest control service. He cleaned very well all of the cobwebs and spiders that we’ve been experiencing. He also waited until I could let him in the backyard to complete the service. I know that it was a couple minute delay for him while I put the dogs in the kennel, but I really appreciate his kindness and so very polite and friendly Oh really?

Braden is an Outstanding Service Technician with a customer friendly can-do and will-do, attitude! He politely listened to my concerns, executed flawlessly, and provided me a detailed report of his findings, how treated, and what to expect until next treatment period. Excellent experience! Redmond gave timely reassurance in evaluating the photos provided. Araceli was able to send a tech out the same day. Quentin arrived on time, assessed the environment, sprayed the house and sent a follow up email with a summary of the visit and recommendations to prevent future bugs.

We are giving TriGaurd Pest Control 5 stars, because not only did "Skylar" the Door to Door Rep wait for me to get home from the store just down a few blocks so so that i can see & hear what all the company does. But the tech "Ammon" repeatedly re-ensured us that our the chemical they use will be quite ok with our dogs. An very thorough at every aspect of his job. He even found 5 more wasp/hornets nest that we didn't know of. So we were satisfied with quality an professionalism of this company's team. Yes, I said team because without a great team work you'll never get rid of that pesky fly...

Buyer Beware! I am writing this based on their business practices, not their pest control service. I had a door to door sales person come this summer about this service. I was lead to believe that I could try out a couple of applications then decide if I wanted to continue. He did say that to see the full effects of the treatment I would need a full three applications. I just got another notice that I have an application scheduled for next week and I called the office to cancel. I was told that I signed a 12 month agreement and that I would be charged a 75% cancellation fee and sent to collections if I didn't pay. I accept responsibility for not fully reading what I was signing and I guess I will continue for the 12 months since I am contractually obligated to pay. If you are considering this company, please fully read what you are signing and understand you are agreeing to 12 months of service, whether you want it or not. I was feeling kind of stupid for falling for this, but go look at their BBB reviews and other yelp reviews. I am not the first person this has happened to, and I am sure I won't be the last.

We haven’t had the greatest experience with the services until today that Ezequiel showed up. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure his work was perfect! He’s the person you want to get the job done!

I use TriGuard at my own home for pest control and it works beautifully. So I called them out to my dad's house to perform the same services and they did a fantastic job setting him up for success! Really great, friendly, and professional people very thorough work.

I'm writing this review very unhappy so far with this company. Based on prior reviews, and to save money, we signed a year-long contract (via a neighborhood discount) before trying their services for ourselves. Unfortunately, was a mistake we won't be repeating again. The 3 stars are for the customer service team. -2stars for the actual pest service. Our very 1st appointment with this company left something to be desired. Despite the tech arriving late, we greeted him politely. He didnt introduce himself, and was clearly unhappy to be at work. He was standoffish from the beginning & did not explain the process to us. He ended up flinging pellets all over our grills, couches, herbs, and chairs outside (not just the patio/grass area) and left without announcing his departure. We spoke with customer service who were very kind and, honestly, shocked. The also sent out the manager to speak with us who was nice. We decided to try again, but not with the same tech. Well, we scheduled our 2nd appt, which was supposed to be today, and no one showed. Now we've been waiting for hours for a return call to reschedule because someone messed up our appointment time. I cannot recommend this company and wish we didn't sign a contract. The only other plus, besides a kind customer service team, is we havent seen many spiders since the 1st treatment. But we shouldn't have such negative experiences for that result.

Triguard and Andy are great! Once the leaves fell off our tree we noticed a wasp nest about 20 feet up. We called and he came back out and removed it right away at no extra cost. This was the second time something like this has happened over the years and they always help out at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

Punctual and did what was asked without trying to sell me anything I didn’t want. What else can you ask for? Price was also very reasonable in my opinion. Shout out to Quentin for a great job.
