We had our first visit from TruBug today, and we were thoroughly impressed! Aaron, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He made a great first impression, and we already feel confident that we’re in good hands. If the rest of the service is anything like today’s visit, we know we made the right choice!

Just bought a new house and noticed a new wasp nest forming. Called and they arrived the very next day to treat my exterior and remove the nest. We signed up for Trubug through a door to door sales man (which always elicits at least SOME suspicion about quality for me*) but I have to say that they have been nothing short of excellent! The office staff is professional and friendly, the dispatched techs are thorough and actually listen to me when I’m detailing what’s needed and they are really affordable! 10/10, no notes, five stars. Just making an edit here* Saul came out to my house yesterday with the expectation that he would be doing a single service and when he got there I asked him if he would mind treating for a few issues I’ve been noticing and he was more than happy to add to his workload that day. Very thorough and professional, he listened to my needs and asked questions to make sure he was understanding what I needed (which shows that he was taking his job and my requests seriously, which I really appreciate) 11/10 give him a raise
