True nature is by far the best pest control, kindest, friendliest techs and staff I’ve ever dealt with in owning homes. If you’ve ever questioned the company you’re being serviced by you should call and talk to Cody the owner who personally came and gave me my first service. I’ve been using True Nature Pest Control for a couple of years and they have always done an excellent job. Today Zack came to treat the outside of our home and he really did a thorough job. We spoke for a minute and he is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable of the work.

Great group of people! So far I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 different people from the company. Today it was Zachary who came to service my home. Each of them were professional, polite and pleasant. Also respectful and knowledgeable. I have no regrets or doubts entering into a co-operation with them.

He walked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions, and did a very thorough job with our inside and outside pest control, going above and beyond to check the entire underneath of our home for any problem areas. Great service! Jose did an awesome 1st spray. I immediately saw results. John does my monthly sprays. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. I had another company for months and nothing was changing. Same bug problems. I'm amazed at the change after one spray with True Nature. I love that they knock down the spider webs for me. It's nice to be able to help out the local guy.

Very impressed with Jose as a person and pest control tech. Went beyond just showing up to perform his service. Jose took time to discuss issues relevant to my home and pest control. In a world where service persons perform the bare minimum he is a rare exception.

I would give this company negative stars if possible. I was at my parents home when a salesman from this company walked up. He was not in a company vehicle. My mother tried multiple times to get a business card from this gentleman and he said he did not have one. My mother then walked inside to get a paper for him to write his information on. As she did that I asked him why he didn’t have a business card as a salesperson and he pulled them out of his pocket. He would not give a card nor would he write the company information on the paper my mother brought him. He claims he “didn’t give out his number”. He was overall so rude and I will steer everyone possible away from this company due to that interaction.
