Wow! Justice was out service provider, he was personable and a hard worker. He took his time explaining and answering our questions, he was so nice we're glad we get to see him again when he comes back. I've seen their cute little mouse cars in town and am so glad I finally tried them out. They were awesome!!! I would most definitely refer my friends and family to them 👍🏼🙌🏼😎

I started my pest control service about 6 weeks ago. Randy Jones has been our service professional from the beginning. He has been very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took care of the issues we were having with roaches in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company and Randy as your service professional.

I got an email from them about billing and making the first payment, but they have not sent any e-mail since then (except to ask me to review their service), especially concerning the three treatments they did to solve my white-footed ant infestation, which the technician said they would e-mail me, after confirming multiple times my e-mail address in their system and in his records is correct. Even the technician (who was the only one of three ant experts from different companies who looked at the ants and correctly identified the species) coming to my house could not convince them to send me an invoice of what chemicals they used in each session. Essentially, if the message did not benefit them to send, it never got sent. So their communication is essentially nonexistant as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. They have no problems billing me each month however! Optics from Corporate are not good to say the least. My ant problem is so far now finally gone after 3 months, but I am not sure if the problem was solved because it finally stopped being hot and rainy everyday, because I ultimately increased ventilation in the bathroom to dry it out more, or because their chemicals finally worked (their chemicals failed the first two times). Because of the horrible communication, it is probably not worth a 12-month contract. Get someone who knows what they are talking about, and with whom you feel very confident in their knowledge and experience. However this may be harder that one may think - another company I spoke with insisted that white-footed ants do not grow wings when they are swarming and breeding. The whole experience is leaving me disappointed with experts and professional services in general.

I met with Bill and Darrell last week to start the new service with Truly Nolen. Very nice people and very knowledgeable. Darrell did a great job inspecting our whole house, did a thorough job of wiping down all the spider webs and we're so happy we haven't seen any bugs anymore! Thank you!!!
