My experience with Truly Nolen has been great. Have been using their service for years. Today Paul Roman and his associate were here to treat the yard and inside the home. I truly appreciate his humor and kindness. Thank you Truly Nolen

Horrible customer service!! Spoke to Andy who is the "manager" there and he was rude and condescending. Because they didn't put the appointment in their books (He said that) Then he said we didn't call in to reschedule and was trying to strong arm us into renewing our contract. We were in our date before renewal for the appointment that they didn't put in their system and didn't show up for! The company needs new management because this is no way to treat clients who spend a lot of money on Termite protection and pest control with them. Especially when three times in a year they have to come back out because we still have termites. Unbelievable !!

Truly Nolen Branch 084 300 NE 75th Street #103 Miami, FL 33138 I am so disappointed in Truly Nolan. I have been a customer for many many years. I will never ever use them ever gain. Thankfully there are much better pest control companies with better customer service. I have given Truly Nolan so many chances for years to make it right. I understand they even changed their manager thinking it will get better. The old manager was Craig and the new manager is Andy. On 6/7/24, George Guerra, the Area business manger sent me this email: It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I do apologize we had to reschedule your appointment due to Melody being involved in a car accident.  You have been scheduled for 6-13-24 with McKenzie from 12p-2pm arrival time.  He does have the capacity to inspect and also treat.  I have copied Andy on this email so he is also aware. We appreciate you and apologize once again for any inconvenience.  Have a great weekend! On 6/13/24 McKenzie did show up and he promised that he personally was going to make sure the treatment will get done. On 7/2/24 I sent this email to George and Andy: I have no clue what’s going on with Truly Nolen. It used to be such a great company. I made the mistake of signing a termite contract. I should have gone elsewhere. Someone came to my house named McKenzie to confirm that I do have holes in my ceiling from the termites, kicking out, their excrement. McKenzie promised me that he will personally take care of treating the area. I have not heard from anyone and I am ready to write a review about Truly Nolan. I’m really sick of the poor service

Just does not work. Workers are great and professional but the product is useless. They are saying they will charge 170 usd for an early termination of the contract ( of a non working service ) when in their website they claim 100% money back if unsatisfied.

DON’T sign up for any “guarantees.” They took $2500 in August of last year for treatment and a guarantee and they didn’t solve the issue at all. It’s also been almost IMPOSSIBLE to get them back out to treat the issue. Small claims court here we come! We scheduled an appointment for the 15th and no one showed up. We gave access to the technician, and no one showed up. Will they show up on 4/26? Who knows. Andy has lied to me directly saying we never gave access. He constantly dodges calls from my management company and lies to me about it. He said Carlos, the tech that sold be the "guarantee" lied to me because its not supposed to be an actual "guarantee" that the termites will not return. Ginny, the way you're running this location is a joke and you should quit your job. Good luck.

To be clear, I am rating the TECHNICIAN and not so much the company itself because despite the company's ongoing short-comings, Abel Sanabria (as well as Dante and other technicians I have met with) have always gone above & beyond to help treat the longstanding termite issue in our home. Abel by far is an excellent person and top tier technician often times completing the difficult task of spraying our 17' ceilings on his own. The company continuously messes up appointment scheduling and does not provide the technicians with the appropriate tools to treat the homes HOWEVER Abel makes it work, ALWAYS. He is passionate about his job and holds himself to high standards as well as represents the company in the best possible way. Truly Nolen: GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!

Ricardo from Truly Nolen treated my house for termites again. He has always been timely and efficient. It's no fun to have termites, but he does a great job of getting rid of them when they appear. Thanks, Ricardo!

Complete scammers. This company should be investigated for their shady practice. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable and cherry on top they defraud their customer with the cancelation fee. I have signed up on October 2. Couldn’t get any appointments, hard to get an appointment actually. The company doesn’t spray, only put rich traps. Which I can do it myself. It doesn’t justify the price of $159. I have canceled my agreement withing the 30-day period, because my situation was not resolved. On top of that I was harnessed and threatened by the manager Charles Jentzen. You can see the attachments. Beware of the shady practice. This company needs to be investigated by authorities: they claim to do business legally, which they don’t. Because they knew that legal fees to file is much more then $175. I can only imagine how many customers like me have been defrauded and lied.
