Richard from Truly Nolen came out for our initial pest control service, and I was very impressed with the experience. He was both professional and friendly from start to finish. I asked him to check the attic, he thoroughly inspect it for any signs of rodents, luckily there were none. He also took a video to show me that there was nothing up there, which gave me real peace of mind. He put down powder inside and sprayed outside the house with care and attention to detail. Overall, excellent service and a great first impression. Highly recommend!!

We have had Truly Nolan for our pest control for 28 years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Prior to Truly Nolan we were plagued with pests of various kinds, and for 28 years we have had none. Our technician, Cory F., is so knowledgeable and we value his expertise. In addition, he is a pleasure to be around with his winning personality and great sense of humor. We are extremely satisfied with this service and would highly recommend Truly Nolan.

Let me first say that the service the tech perform is is bar none, my issue is with the corporation itself and the way that they do billing. When I first signed up with them in their customer support team I just wanted to try them out and pay for one-time service the gentlemen on the phone for some reason thought that I wanted to pay for the whole year so he charged me for the full year. After a lot of back and forth, I became extremely frustrated and just decided to leave the contract. Fast forward a year later, I receive a bill from them from my last service. The issue is that they never sent me anything stating that my contract was over and they just assumed that I want to continue using the service and just charge me anyway I work in the customer service field and I have to say that is horrible customer service and there is horrible billing. Every service that I use that has a 3-month cycle 6-month cycle year cycle always ask you if you want to continue when you getting close to the end of the contract in their case they just continue charging that is unfair practices. I am going to report them to the better Business bureau and I hope that they take a look at this.

I had the absolute best, most phenomenal experience with a termite inspector named Josh King. Josh came out to check for termites at a central house that had a history of termite activity. He was incredibly thorough and so knowledgeable! Josh spent a very long time going up in the attic to check a beam (and surrounding areas) that we had some concerns about. He probed all around and took a bunch of videos and photos to be able to show me what he saw/found. He also went to great efforts to show me additional termite activity in a couple of the storage rooms. Josh really went above and beyond in every way! I was so impressed with Josh and his incredible work ethic and eagerness to help. I can’t say enough fantastic things about Josh King and Truly Nolen! I highly recommend both of them for all your termite and pest control needs!
