Twin Cities is a 2 in 1 business. We were having our house painted and learned we had old termite damage. We called John, the owner, who came out right away and treated our home. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

I emailed Friday evening about having a termite inspection done at our house and John with Twin Cities called me Saturday and scheduled me for Tuesday. Turns out we don’t have termites and didn’t need anything done but John talked to me for a while and discussed options for down the road if we discover them. John didn’t try to force me into anything or tell me I needed something that I didn’t, which in todays world is rare. I will 100% use this company in the future and recommend anyone to call them for service.

They do a great job of explaining the situation and making sure they address any of your issues. Friendly and don't ever try to nickel and dime you. They'll always respond and will work with your schedule to be flexible with you and make sure you get the service you need when it's convenient for you. I highly recommend them and always tell my friends to choose them over any of the other exterminating places!

John Digilormo is so professional and he knows termites. He installed a bating system for me last year. His employees were efficient and polite as well. I have every confidence that my house is completely protected from termites. I’ve used another national company in the past, but Twin City is so much more knowledgeable and reliable. So glad I made the switch.

I called this morning as I just discovered termites in my garden yesterday. They came out in the morning to look & came back in the afternoon for treatment. Not how I wanted to spend my money, but they were amazing & explained things so well. 10 stars from me!
