5/5 service! We called yesterday in need of urgent extermination of a wasp nest on our house. Spoke with Justin on the phone who was kind, responsive, and informative. We were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. John showed up promptly and was equally kind and informative. He did great work in a quick and safe manner. Will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend this team!

The young lady who came out to do service was extremely thorough. She asked where I have seen mice recently and previous. She just went above and beyond! Excellent technician and service.

Ultra Safe Pest Management failed to eliminate our bed bug infestation—then tried to upsell us. We paid $1,100 for two rounds of treatment, followed every prep instruction to the letter, and avoided anything that could risk re-infestation. Within six weeks, the bed bugs were back. Same areas, same symptoms. Their treatment didn’t work. When we contacted them, they said the warranty only applied to the first treatment and would charge usto re-treat—despite the fact that the infestation clearly never went away. Then, incredibly, they tried to sell us a $1,200/year “pest prevention plan.” They could have mentioned was an option before we originally contracted them, but no. They couldn’t even eliminate the problem we originally paid for, and their response was to pitch us on an ongoing plan? That’s not customer service—it’s a bait-and-switch. We’re now working with a more reputable provider who doesn't practice bait and switch sales practices. I'm not against a company trying to make money, but Ultra Safe Pest Management delivered ineffective service, denied responsibility, and tried to sell us more. That’s not professional pest control—that’s bad business built on desperation.

We have a large office with a lot of challenges. I was told this would be the best company for us from another pest company. We couldn't be happier with tech and the service he provided. The office was also helpful. I would recommend Ultra Safe to anyone look for good service no matter what the problem is

They are communicative and took care of my mice problem. I purchased the ongoing plan that does preventative maintenance as well. Collis seems to be thorough. I like that they email detailed summaries of the work they do.

At first I thought the company had great service coming out right away to treat my mouse problem, however I soon realized their methods did not work, I still had a major mouse problem that I had to find and trap mice my self and dispose of them. I contacted them everytime they needed to come by that I no longer needed their services and they continued to charge me and come by. While never treating the mouse problem. I had to do things on my own internally to stop all the mice, along with filling holes on my foundation they never seemed to find. Very disappointed in the fact I was charged for months afterwards and they never did anything to resolve the matter.
