I initially had high expectations for this company, as the majority of the service team demonstrated professionalism and courtesy during their on-site visits. However, I now feel like I've been dealing with a snake oil salesman after signing on with their service 3-4 months ago; the pest issue--specifically with ants and spiders--has actually worsened significantly since starting their service. Despite multiple re-services, we feel that our concerns have been largely overlooked, particularly by the most recent technician. Additionally, one of the more significant challenges has been the lack of communication regarding service timelines. On the day of a scheduled appointment, there is no clear indication of when the technician will arrive, which can be problematic for families managing busy schedules and pets. For example, one of their team members called at 8:31 while I was putting our kids to bed to notify me they were on their way, which I told them would need to be rescheduled. In contrast, our most recent service had no prior notification whatsoever.

Completely Unprofessional ! Extremely Disappointed with Urbanex !! I am highly upset and disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced with Urbanex. From the beginning, communication has been inconsistent and misleading. After being placed on a payment plan, my account was suddenly closed without any notification or explanation. No one contacted me . I had to find out on my own, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, several technicians falsely claimed that services were performed when they clearly were not. This kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable for a service based business. I’ve tried multiple times to escalate the issue and speak with someone in a higher position, but I was constantly given the runaround. I even asked for last names so I could report specific individuals, and was told by a representative named Brianna that she could not provide that information. Brianna, who had previously spoken to me in a tone I can only describe as professionally condescending, made it very clear that Urbanex is not interested in resolving customer concerns ,only in dismissing them. I was referred to Urbanex by another paying customer, and I will absolutely be informing them of my experience and advising them to reconsider their continued business. I will never recommend Urbanex to anyone. This experience has been a total failure in customer care, honesty, and professionalism.

Great company that truly listens and takes action. The service from Field/Service Tech Kat is always phenomenal—she is simply the best! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Her customer service is superb, and she consistently delivers 5-star work. Kat is an incredible asset to Urbanex.

Kat was amazing! She was super professional, friendly, and thorough when servicing my home today. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. I really appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail. If you’re looking for great pest control service, ask for Kat—she did an awesome job!

Extremely Disappointed with Urbanex – Stay Away! I have been with Urbanex for about a year now, and unfortunately, their service has gone downhill fast. When I first signed up, I was skeptical, but to my surprise the service and customer care were excellent. Back then, I would have given them five stars without hesitation. Kat, the technician who regularly came out, was fantastic, always professional, thorough, and truly five-star quality. However, things have completely changed. Their customer service philosophy seems to have shifted in the worst way. Their front-line representative, Jasmine, has been extremely rude and unhelpful. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone who can actually resolve issues. What used to be responsive service has turned into waiting weeks just to get a technician scheduled. The technicians themselves now do the bare minimum, and the quality of work has noticeably declined. I’ve been waiting over two weeks to hear back from any type of manager, and when I asked Jasmine for help, her response was basically that they’ll get to me at their earliest convenience. That says everything about the service level they now provide. It’s really disappointing to see a company go from five-star service to a one-star operation in such a short time. If Urbanex comes knocking on your door, do yourself a favor and stay away.
