I am so grateful to have a company that is willing to work with my schedule. Charlie is very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. He took into account my schedule and the fact that I needed to use my lunch break to come home to let him inside. He was on time as promised. Thanks for all you do Charlie with Urbanex.

Charlie was incredibly professional and informative today. He showed great concern for my pets and their safety by fully informing me of the time constraints attached with the chemicals he was using. He made sure to assure that the services we have been provided in the past have been producing great results. THEY HAVE! I appreciate Charlie and the great customer service he gives.

Charlie was very knowledgeable about the services that Urbanex offers. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. Charlie was respectful and friendly. Additionally, the spiders we thought we didn't really have...are showing up dead after the initial treatment! 100% recommend. They are a veteran owned company and they are also veteran friendly- be sure to ask!

The guys coming out to do the service has been friendly, however, they say they check the rodent station but the weeds that are around it have proven otherwise. Please know that it’s nearly impossible to cancel this service, and there’s a small window you can call to get it cancelled without being charged $150. Read that fine print of the contract because you still get charged even if you’ve met the 12-month period of “fulfilling the contract.” Very shady and would not recommend!
