Kyle was great to work with - was polite, very thorough, and walked me through everything he did. We will see if any mice get in this fall/winter, but either way, I trust he did what he could do to help prevent them from entering! Also, what I appreciated the most was that this company didn't pressure me into signing up for some kind of package for the year, like a lot of them do.

(I mean I had bees and he wasn’t phased.) The office salesman was equally professional and informative. He looked for and endured the best pricing and made sure that I knew what to expect. Great job. I hired this company to do work at my mom‘s house, and cannot say enough good things about them. They listen, work hard to please the customer, and all the reps that have come out are very professional. The in office staff is great too. Experiencing this level of service is not a given anymore so A+ to this company and their team!
