I called the company made me enroll in one year plan for an mice issue after 11 months of putting up with there poor tech and not finding a solution just charging me monthly and up front fees absolutely ridiculous I still have the same problem till today waste of money.

By far one of the easiest and most friendly customer service team I have the pleasure of dealing with! Anytime I call they immediately make time to come to my home and take care of any potential issues which is almost never because they are here quarterly and always do a thorough job. Stephen R, the technician, has a great personality that is hard to come by now a days, everyone at this business is great to work with but he is a true professional and all around great person!

Unfortunately we had a mouse problem after we had some yard work done and the yard door was left open. I called Viking for help they were very informative and while we saw the issue in the kitchen and they stated they did not see an entry area for the mouse they put the traps in the laundry area my husband questioned this decision but I simply thought they knew what they were doing. The second person that came told my husband, they saw no mouse droppings and saw no mouse activity. I kept hearing things behind the stove, but thought I was losing my mind morning, I woke up early to exercise. and I clearly saw this mouse running behind our fridge and through our stove we spend the whole morning trying to figure out what to do. We have been living here for 10 years and never had this issue until after the yard work. I am upset that the traps were put in a closed off area, that we were told there was nothing and the traps were taken no follow up. Now I am contemplating of whether or not to leave the house with my two small children while this issue is handled.

I had this company come out 3 times for a mild infestation. I told them the problem did not go away, but the exterminator insisted there were no signs, and so his job was done. Many months later, the problem continues, and I can not afford another treatment from a different company. Oh well for me I suppose. It doesn't seem fair that I spent so much on a service that had no results. UPDATE: after placing this review, I recieved a phone call addressing my experience. The company came out 2 more times at no cost to me. It was rectified after those 2 visits. It sure was hell living with that; I wish I was heard the first time around so as not to have that experience. However, I am very pleased with the service I received the second time around. Very friendly, understanding technicians, who did a great job! Thank you.

Great service by dedicated personnel. Steve, the Technician was very polite, well mannered and carried out his work with the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He explained what he was doing and gave me a couple of free lessons on vermin!! He is a valuable asset to the company. I am very happy with the service.
