We were extremely upset to find ants invading our new home. A friend suggested Viking Pest Control, and from our very first call, the experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and quickly scheduled our service. They identified the ants as carpenter ants and were even able to fit us in on a Saturday. Our technician, Nick, was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. The pricing was excellent, and the warranty offered great peace of mind. From my initial call with Brian to getting transferred over to the scheduler, Kerry, and finally being serviced by Abraham and Justin, everything was seamless. I was scammed by a wildlife and pest control company before finding Viking…and Viking was a complete 180! Thank you all for your help! 10/10 recommend.

Very friendly service tech. It was raining on our first visit, tech did inside and some outside. He said he’d return within the next week to finish outside. Never came. I called and Viking had no clue (so no records to indicate what was done or what still needs to be done).

We've been very happy with Viking Pest Control since we moved into our current house in Bethlehem, PA. Our regular technician Jack Davis is always so helpful and communicative about what he's doing in response to what we need. We're very pleased with this service and with Jack!

Jack Davis came today to check the traps set last week. I discussed with him my concerns about waiting another five days to do the exclusion work. He went above and beyond the call of duty to be able to take care of it today for me so that I could have peace of mind. He answered so many questions and discussed with me a service agreement of which benefited me. Totally recommend Jack and this company.

From the representative I spoke to on the phone (Matt) who was super friendly and also the technician (Timothy) that came out and obliterated a large yellow jacket nest underground and even dug it up!!! That nest has been the bane of my existence all spring/summer and within 2 days could actually go in my shed to finally mow my lawn without being swarmed lol 😆 Service was above and beyond outstanding!! Would highly recommend!
