Is my second time using Village Exterminating, once last year and now this year. The technician showed up on time and was courteous. He took his time to treat the area and advised me to call if I still saw activity and they would treat again.

Emanuel came out to do a visual inspection for termites. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. Emanuel explained the inspection process and did not attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He was happy to have me follow him along while he worked. He was honest, knowledgeable and reviewed options for preventive measures if I choose to go that route. Overall I’ll happy with my experience and would recommend Village Exterminating to a friend.

Kevin is always highly responsive and attentive to issues. Yesterday he sent Emanual to remove yellow jacket hives/nests from inside my house. Very scary but he handled the problem with ease. Still finding near dead bees in the house but if the problem continues I know they will take care of it. Emanual warned me to expect them to die out over the next five days.

The exterminator Joe arrived a little before I expected him, which was great. No waiting around. He was courteous and professional. I showed him where the yellow jacket nest was, and left him to work. He took about 20-25 minutes. He then explained what he did in detail. He also answered all of my questions very thoroughly.
