He’s always thorough, consistent, and professional. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me confidence that the job is being done right. Vinx has been reliable from the start, and Adrian’s excellent service makes them even better. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased at how quickly they responded to my need. They were recommended by a friend who explained how pleased she was with her experience. I called and explained that I'd like them to come as soon as possible and they scheduled me the very next day. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Mr. Darby, who was my technician. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and how the chemicals worked. He also addressed my questions regarding my pets safety. I also shared with him my concern and fear of spiders.He was very good at addressing those questions and telling me what the plan was regarding spider treatment.He was kind and courteous, but most importantly, he was on time! This was my first service. I will update this post to let you know if it treatment/spray works.

Hey Friends, I just wanted to give a very big shoutout to our Vinx Pest Control technician Adrian. He was so friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful. He also did an amazing job on our service today. Both my Husband and I are so greatful for everything he did for us. This 5 star review is for the door-to-door salesman Jonathan who knocked on my door and shared this company with me. I'm a renter in a duplex and I'm not sure if I'll be able to use this service because my landlord is in charge of who comes to our house for this type of service. But I HAD to at least give Jonathan and the company a 5 star review because I think this company is AWESOME!!! Jonathan and this company strike me as exceptional.

Leon was great. He did the inspection showed me pictures & explained what to expect including the estimated cost. They returned as scheduled to complete the service. The in office customer service was courteous, too. The service experience was 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Adrien did amazing on my monthly treatment he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was very nice as well and made sure he gave me after care instructions of letting everything dry for one hour. I appreciate the service. Thank you again Adrien

The technician, Darrell Contreras, was very professional and thorough, with excellent customer service skills. He explained the process clearly and offered helpful tips to prevent fleas from returning. I especially appreciated how he looked out for my cat’s safety, taking extra care and offering advice to keep her comfortable and protected. Highly recommend!
