Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I messaged Saturday evening via the website contact form and had an instant reply confirming a fixed price up front and availability for Monday. Sam arrived exactly on time, assessed the nest from the loft and quickly confirmed he could remove it from the inside. Around 15 minutes later, he had the nest removed and boxed up and talked me through how they are made, as I was very interested and had plenty of questions! Sam was punctual, polite, tidy, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service all round and a very reasonable price, I can't recommend enough.

I've never seen a wasp nest before and found it quite scary seeing it in our loft, a size of a large football. Sam was very re-assuring when I called that he would remove the nest as requested if accessible whereas some pest control companies were reluctant. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable, he removed the wasp nest in as little as 10 minutes and luckily for me the nest was not live and had been abandoned by any queen wasp.
