service person is very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. their price is $60 cheaper than the Viking in the area. I go for the price assuming they al use the same chemical to kill the bees

When I moved to a warmer climate, I did not realize how much insects may trouble our daily lives, when only professionals can do the right and safe job. I've used Western Pest Services over the years and they have never disappointed me/us. Richie is always at the doorstep before I blink an eye, years of expertise at hand, to deal with whatever problem crops up new, or returns. This time carpet beetles returned after a few years of no treatment. It was time to deal with it once again. Richie stays in close contact, ready to answer newly cropped questions, go over them carefully and offer the best advice at hand. Dan, another employee, was quick to get started, after we checked that all was ready for him. There was no scent when we returned to the premised and ventilated the house, just as it made sense to me. Great on a cool day outside. It is a comfort to call on professionals, when needed, as in our area.

The technician that came to the house was very knowledgeable and was thorough. He also gave me a lot of good information on what I was dealing with and what to look for. Out of all the pest control services in my area, western pest was the best choice.

We had a huge nest approximayely 1ft lomg containing about 400 hornets. Western responded immediately. Got us in.for a next day appt . They were super efficient and knowledgeable ....as we learned a bit of the hornet history. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies and lots of good reviews . Would definitely recommend Western to everyone.

Commercial exterminator Kevin came to do my quarterly service last week. He was great! Very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Patched hole entries that I missed & educated me on how rodents behave. Also sprayed for hornets/bee problems. Had this service contract almost a year now. Commercial Exterminator Josh was great along with Residential Josh.
