We are new customers to Whitmore and we love it. Their customer service support and technicians are exceptional. Justin visited us this morning and was friendly and highly knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me total peace of mind about the service and our home. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a new pest control company; they are much better than any competitor we have used in the past.

The driver crashed into a parked car came in to my front yard, back up his truck, and it started to leak engine oil everywhere and they just left it there with out cleaning it up this is so unprofessional, now there is oil in front of my house and it looks all ugly thanks to the driver that hit a parked car, probably on the phone or texting, when I talked to him he looked drunk smh.

Very efficient and thorough! Ryan explained the process of spraying for the spiders and dusting for the wasps, he examined the property and effectively applied the products, I’m delighted to have found their services. Would highly recommend, very professional and respectful

Brandon was very prompt and Personable . The price for a one time visit , Which I requested, was reasonable. Several of the other companies that I called insisted on a yearly contract, With multiple visits. I appreciate that this company allowed the customer to voluntarily opted for a one time visit. I will use them again if needed . Hopefully the yellowjjacket nest has been destroyed. I’ll know over the next week .

Brandon texted to let us know he was on his way- and that he could even arrive earlier due to an opening (couldn’t take him up on it as wasn’t home). He was friendly, clear about the mouse traps we needed, talked through our questions about whether they’d be ok with our dog (short answer: yes!) and our dog thought he was awesome too! Justin just left and he was so awesome. My dogs came and greeted him they honestly didn’t wanna leave his side. Justin was fast very thorough and took care of the inside and the outside of our home. Whitmore pest control is the best I’ve found thus far and I honestly don’t intent on finding another. I’ve gone through my fair share of pest control companies!
