We’ve had nothing but good service from Whitmore. They have been polite and responsive since we first reached out with a rodent issue a few years ago. I know they are good people because our dog loves seeing them when they come and restock the traps around the house. I highly recommend their services.

We requested an inspection of the attic for a potential raccoon infestation. Jon was extremely polite and courteous. He walked us through his entire inspection process. He took photos and discussed the pros and cons of various pest mitigation strategies and did not try to push us on an annual contract - which we appreciated. We did ask Jon to put additional screens on the roof vents. Overall we are very satisfied with his services and would reach out to them again if we needed something.

Damon came in the time frame, and he explained the different costs, and what he was planning to do to get rid of the wasps making my home their own, or what the company can do in the future. He was very friendly, polite, and even gave my dogs treats! A great price for a wonderful, quick, and easy experience. Highly recommend!

From the moment he arrived, his attention to detail stood out—he even wore shoe coverings before entering, which was such a thoughtful touch. My dogs loved him instantly and didn’t want to leave his side, which says a lot about how kind and professional he is. He worked quickly and efficiently while also making sure I understood everything he was doing. Justin treated the inside and the outside for spiders, and stinging insects he reminded me not to let the dogs outside for at least 30 minutes so the treatment could properly dry—very informative and safety-minded. He also checked on the mouse traps since we had a rodent issue last year (and I’d previously hired three different companies who couldn’t solve the problem). This company has taken care of that where we no longer have any of those issues! Thanks to Justin and the Whitmore team for their hard work and professionalism—but Justin especially deserves a 15/10 rating for his service, attention to detail, and courteous approach. I recently purchased a home in the Evergreen area and contacted Whitmore Pest & Wildlife Control for an evaluation. Jon was my inspector and I was totally impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection. Jon showed me areas of concern and explained how his company could alleviate these problem areas. From my initial call to schedule, to the actual inspection, all of the staff members I talked with were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I am using their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing professional pest control.

Jon came to help us determine whether a mouse or a rat had made its way into our fan vent in the primary bathroom. He determined the fan was bad, but to rule out any rodent activity, he tracked down where the fan vent terminated and covered it—it was unprotected—with screen. What a masterful job!
