I called more or less just for some advice regarding a critter in the yard and even though there wasn't any money to be made, they were happy to take some time providing education over the phone. Lots of good info, friendly, certainly way more helpful than they had any obligation to be. I've saved them in my contacts and should I need any kind of wildlife removal in the future, I'll absolutely be using Wildlife Trapper Pro.

My first interaction with Buono was for my mother's home in Belmont. Service was same day, problem solved and 5 star on all levels. One visit was all it took for problem to be eradicated. Years later I myself own a home in Needham which very suddenly had carpenter ant infestation. I telephoned in the morning, was told a field manager would call and 2 hours later a wonderfully polite and competent technician (Kyle) was at our home. Kyle was able to very quickly identify the source of our problem , explain and complete the recommended treatment and assure us he would return for one year at no charge should problem not be solved. I cannot recommend Buono Pest Control highly enough and will definitely be recommending to friends and neighbors should they have a need.

WOW, what amazing experience I have had with your company from the first time I called and spoke with Gina, until I parted ways with your Field Manager Hasan this morning in Belmont. Two top notch professionals manning the front line phones with customer service and then coordinating an on-site visit at one of our clients homes. The on-site visit with Hasan was professionals, on time and a learning experience for me as well. The price we paid was extremely reasonable for the services provided. When I called their office today to make payment upon completion of the visit, I spoke with the Owner Marillian. Responsive, friendly, informative. Highly recommended. They responded quickly to my call about a carpenter any infestation at my home. The technician was eager to answer all my questions. He gave me all the info on the pesticide used, which put me at ease that it was a safe product to use around my family. The infestation was gone once the pesticide took effect. And the price was very reasonable.

We had a squirrel get into our eaves and Michael came out (sooner than expected) and addressed the problem. We liked that Buono Pest Control did not exterminate the squirrel, Michael created a one-way funnel to exclude it. From that point on the squirrel was gone and we have had no further issues.
