Our technician Lance has been consistent and with us the entire time. Lance provides great customer service and is very detailed and precise with his work. Other companies we used in the past has always had a rotation of workers. Very reliable and the product they use works for our pest problems.

I’ve had wow for a few years now and I’ve been very happy with the service. The technician goes above and beyond when he’s in our home and he’s always very helpful respectful knowledgeable! The people in the office are always willing to work with our schedule and our time. Everyone listens to our needs and I feel like they always get addressed. When we moved into our home we had a water bug, black ant and ear wig problem and with our monthly service I never see any of those pests.
