He is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind service professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Each time he visits our home, he goes above and beyond. Not just doing the bare minimum, but truly taking time to explain what he’s doing and answer any questions. Clearly he knows a lot about this field. He never rushes, always shows up with a great attitude, and treats our home with care and respect. His attention to detail and dedication is just great. X-Out's customer service is truly incomparable. They are always so prompt in their responses and do their best to work around your needs and schedule. Their techs always notify when they're on the way and are so kind. I have neighbors that complain about seeing scorpions, spiders, and other bugs regularly and I've hardly seen any at all since I've stated using X-Out. Henri came out to my home this last time for an ant emergency; he was absolutely amazing and I saw massive improvement in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

I like X-Out Pest Services because they are reasonably priced and I find dead roaches in the back patio, so I know it works. Josh L. services my place most of the time and he's very conscientious. He is flexible when I've had to reschedule and he does not act irritated when I have specific requests, i.e. the perimeter of the yard only, please. He even notated my account about this request without my asking. Josh L. sends me a text 20 or 30 minutes before he arrives and the service is very quick. Thank you for providing this important service!

X-Out is the best! They were recommended to me by my management company when I first moved into my house in 2023 and they have been coming every 3 months like clockwork! The communication via email and text with reminders and my invoices is great. The techs are so friendly and knowledgeable (Alex is my guy!). They've kept my home pest free all this time, and on the far West side of San Antonio that is next to impossible. I've had to reschedule or add on services a few times and their customer service is very quick to respond and they are able to answer all my questions during the initial contact. The pricing is also very reasonable. I appreciate that their treatments are pet friendly and they go the extra step of knocking down any wasps nests that they find.

Alex did an AMAZING job. He was on time, which was great because usually when a company gives you a time frame for service they come towards the end or even late. He called me about 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived he was super respectful and knowledgeable. We have a newborn, so he was really good about letting us know the products were safe for baby and our pets. He made sure we understood how the service plans work, and he went above and beyond to treat the areas where we were having issues. He took care of all of our concerns and made us feel good about making the choice to go with X Out. I had another pest company before, but this service was definitely better and we’ll be keeping them for the long run!

I mentioned my concerns about American roaches, and he was incredibly thorough—he covered every corner of the house and even took care of a small wasp nest I hadn’t noticed. Totally love this company and would totally recommend. We were having issues with crazy ants that spiraled out of control and several bee nest. Josh L. was the tech who started servicing my home. Since he’s been servicing our home we have not had any issues. He’s very good at following up with appts. and makes sure we aren’t having any issues. I’m all about customer service and Josh has always shown what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.
