While trimming the hedges at my house, discovered I had a swarm of hornets living inside my bushes and while trimming about 20-30 of those bastards came at me. Only got stung once which was a miracle. Sent out feelers to several pest control companies and these folks called me back right away. Oh and it was Sunday! I didn’t hear back from the rest of the companies until Monday and even Tuesday. -Professional -Accommodating -Friendly -Fast -Effective It was a bit pricey if I didn’t sign up for regular service, but had to do it. Well worth it IMO.

I had the initial full treatment done by Ray, who was amazing: super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough (took down 8 wasp nests!). After though, I was still having issues with giant black wasps in particular taking over my backyard—Danny was quick to respond and to send out their specialist Caleb, who’s incredible!: Caleb knew exactly what type of wasp they were right away, took the time to explain everything about them to me (behavior/nesting habits/etc.), and even suggested some natural remedies to help deter them inbetween treatments since I’m allergic. Caleb went above and beyond treating all areas of current/future concern, he even noticed the rat bait trap wasn’t doing much in terms of defense from my garage and moved it outside to a better location. If I could give XOut Pest team 10 stars, I would. As a new client, I’ve been blown away by their level of professionalism—not only are Danny & team quick and proactive to help with any issue, but everyone I’ve met so far has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, polite, and kind—highly recommended!

We just had our first treatment, so I can’t speak to long-term success yet but so far we have had an exceptionally positive experience. I spoke with Danny last night about carpenter ants, a couple roaches and general maintenance in a house we just moved into. He answered all my questions and even called me back after hours to help coordinate an appointment the next morning, working around my availability. Caleb came out and was wonderful to work with, very kind and knowledgeable. He inspected everything to determine what kind of roach may have been present and even found the nest of ants outside in the dirt. I feel very confident in the services they provided, especially with his great communication and thorough job inside and out of the house. He was great with our dog which is alway a nice bonus! Also, their pricing is very fair which we appreciate. Looking forward to continuing service with them!

We have been using X Out Pest services for about a year now. Caleb is the most diligent, caring technician who is also very friendly with excellent approach to customers. The manager Danny is also very professional, responsive to all requests and needs, he is a problem solver. I definitely recommend using this company.

Mike has been taking care of my home for years, and now that I’ve officially moved into my own place—guess who’s back? Mike, and this time with his awesome coworker, John! They got my new house in tip-top shape today, clearing out spider webs and treating the yard for any sneaky pests. As always, the team was amazing—everyone I’ve worked with has shown such care and efficiency. Thank you so much!

These guys are legit! We've had some problems with roaches and ants in and around the house but never hired a professional. Caleb came by and did a very thorough job spraying inside and outside. I was skeptical at first but walked outside a few hours after the spray to find piles of dead ants and larvae. I'm a believer now! They also clear 4-5 wasps nests from the second story underhand, too high up for me to reach. Will be using X Out again.

Called once to inquire about recurring services and another time to sign up and got two different prices - no wonder they don’t have pricing on the website. Was also told over the phone that I could cancel at any time and then had a $150 cancellation fee. Absolutely my bad for not reading the contract but I don’t appreciate bad business and will go elsewhere. Techs who came out to the house were always great, polite and thorough. But don’t appreciate the poor sales approach. Won’t come back after pricing and cancellation issues Edit to add: I don't believe X Out genuinely want to win back my business, but feel compelled to respond to a public review. Everything I said in my comment was said over the phone and they were happy to charge me a cancellation fee and be done with it. If you'd like to reach out you do have my information.

These guys are the best. Not only did they do a great job with the cockroach issue I was having at my new place, but they genuinely care. I had Ray and Caleb both come and they took the time to first let my dog smell them and make sure my dog was comfortable with them being in the house. It’s something so minor, and they didn’t have to do that, but just so respectful, it meant the world to me. And when I had 400 questions to ask- Danny got back to me right away. I’m so thankful for you guys. 🙏🏻 on time and reliable and knowledgeable. Will def use again.

I have a monthly subscription to their pest service and have always been pleased. Recently we had a rodent in our garage and needed help with that. The Customer Service team got a tech out quickly even though he was booked. The tech came out and was knowledgeable and took care of the problem immediately. So appreciate this company!

Nick came out and did an inspection. He quickly identified several holes that others had missed. Provided a detailed review of what needs to be done, how to get it done and how soon it can be done. Was very impressed and would highly recommend. Thanks again for being so prompt and on time!
