Kyle was my service tech and a pleasure to work with. He contacts me before coming, so I can communicate areas of problems or any concerns I may have. He is very willing to address those areas and does a great job treating my property. The company as a whole works to make scheduling and payments easy, and they are willing to work with me on times and dates when needed. I would recommend this company.

1st choice addressed a fee we were charged and corrected immediately, I will use them in the future! Rick was very knowledgeable . They truly do care about the service recieved!

Don't let them fool you with their scheduled visits. It's only to temporarily control an issue, not eliminate it. Rodents are in my basement again because they simply didn't want to seal things up

Brett, the technician, was here to access the situation. His explanations were very thorough and he spent plenty of time examining the exterior and interior of my home. He set the baited traps and made me feel confident that the mice issue will be resolved. So far I am very pleased with First Choice Pest Control.

Charges are not transparent up front. For $235. I already had in place mice bait traps…very similar to theirs but they had to replace those… then said they will come back and check them but after that it’s another charge (I believe $150) to refill traps…however, in the past I paid $60. Twice a year…. Too cost prohibitive for those of us on a fixed income.
