Tom of 360 Rodent Control was very helpful. After conducting a free in-person assessment at my home, he provided extensive details about the work needed to prevent mice and rats from entering the house. In the past we had fixed the mesh wire netting on vent holes after 2 possums (!) went under the house but this company goes way beyond that that, including cleaning up old rodent poop and blocking pheromones that would attract new animals. They also set traps to capture any remaining mice in the walls that venture out to seek food; those will be checked in one week and one month follow-ups visits. Plus a 5 year guarantee. Considering all that, I agreed to the work, although it cost more than I expected. Tom was a great communicator and made it all go smoothly. I was lucky that they could come the next day due to a cancellation. As it turned out, I had so many rodent entry ways under my deck that what should have been a 5 hour job took over 8.5 hours! No extra charges. I did give tips to the workers, who did a great job.   Highly recommend!

My experience with Gaz and his team was amazing! I had been hearing rats in my attic for a while and was overwhelmed with how much it might cost to figure out. I had gotten a quote from a couple of other companies but Gaz went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. I was mostly worried about paying the amount and ending up with the rats again but he was very knowledgeable and confident that they would be able to provide a permanent solution so I decided to go with 360. I was booked within the week for the job and I haven’t had an issue since! I’m so glad I went with 360 rodent control, it was worth it to know the job was going to get done right.
