Talked to Mark on the phone and Jason was the technician that came out to remove the nest. Both were great to work with. They came out within a few hours of me calling and Jason really went above and beyond when removing the nest. Even got up on a step ladder with a bucket of soapy water to clean the area well and remove all traces of the nest. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The exterminator was very thorough and made sure he took time to check every inch of our house. There has not been any activity since and we are waiting for our next treatment coming up. Great company and great customer service.

Where do I start? i was going to go with another pest inspection company cause if you want me to be honest i know they lie but i’ll tell you what when mark told me over the phone to trust his word saying they’ve never failed a treatment i said alright we will see and i surely saw him and Jason are phenomenal it was my first time having bed bugs and man they don’t only do the job but they explain it in detail what’s going on and what’s going to happen the extermination and process went so smooth i was asking to have them back just for outside treatments 😂 you know when you call them and you hear mark say “ it’s not all about money “ he’s being serious how they treated me and how the process was i’ll definitely be back Jason was on top of it he doesn’t play he gets stuff done and goes above and beyond there is definitely more that could be said but it would be so long my fingers would hurt but instead of taking marks word for it take mine and see how 5 star is definitely one of the best pest companies around!
