5 star pest control.hired for pest inspection. They did great work after close of escrow they followed up few weeks later.. Becky at 5star pest was great service

Becky is a blessing! Overnight some yellowjackets made a home out of a small hole in the exterior wall of my garage. It was creepy and impressive how big and how fast it came to be. I have dogs and was worried about any of us being attacked. Also I didn’t want them living in my wall. I don’t use pesticides or any poison on the property so I didn’t have a guy. I googled pest control and 5 star popped up with five actual stars. Becky answered the phone on a Friday afternoon and said she could be there in an hour. Upon arrival I explained my reservations about poison. I feed the birds and I have a native pollinating garden filled with invertebrates. She didn’t push the poison at all. She had another idea. She plugged the hole with spray foam. I should have videotaped the event. She did tell me that the ones stuck inside the wall will look for a way out. They did. They started popping out INSIDE my garage. But only a few. 36 hours later, all the yellowjackets are gone. I’ve hung brown paper bags up all around the eves to deter their return. And Irish Spring soap, they allegedly don’t like the smell. Becky also didn’t want payment until next week to be sure the problem was fixed. I paid her anyway, a very reasonable sum for such work. She had to suit up in 109 degrees and battle these buggers. Thank you Becky!!!

I made an appointment for 6. They called and were able to come out early. Which was great! Becky and her friend came out And found where those pesky rats were getting inAnd sealed it for me.They saved me so much money. They were nice and very professional.I will refer themTo anyone with a pest problem.These ladies are trustworthy and do a good job.

I called them yesterday, because I had the weirdest ant infestation... They were everywhere; but sporadic. Including my bed, that's where I draw the line. So, we scheduled for today and they showed up on time and we're very friendly and thorough. Not to mention very kind to my (3) year old chatty toddler, who had all the questions. I will definitely be recommending these great gals, to anyone else who has pesky pests!
