Customer service rep/scheduler Nikki and the tech Kevin were both very helpful. They were able to quickly schedule Kevin’s visit and he was very professional in the wasp nest removal. Gave helpful information and advice which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

The nice person from the office called me back quickly and explained everything as far as pricing, potential procedures and possible outcomes for a yellow jacket nest inside my siding. Jackson came out and explained everything in detail, treated the infestation, and even went up into my garage attic to check for nests (thank goodness everything was good). We were having our company picnic on company property when we became aware of the presence of a large group of yellow jackets. We called A-Action and told them about the problem. They sent our technician Jason our to address the issue. Jason suited up and took care of the nest right away. Our event was much more enjoyable and trouble free after that. A Action did a great job! I had a very active yellow jacket nest under my stoop. They literally came out within hours of my call. Stan was very professional went over all the options of the services I could choose from and any other potential threats I might have from other insects. Took care of the bees 100% and my stoop is now safe to approach😉 I was also impressed that the company had an actual employee to chat with instead of a call center! I had called 3 other companies that all used the same call center. I understand times are tough for finding people but I’m still old school when it comes to that. Not to mention I never did hear back from those other companies 🤷‍♀️

Joe was friendly, fast and efficient. When he was finished I didn't see one stink bug in the windows or on the siding. The treatment for stink bugs & boxelder bugs works period. The cost of the service was reasonable, in fact it was less that some of the big name outfits. In the end, we are happy with A-Action Pest Control.

Tyler came out today to treat my Mortar Bee problem. He was here in the spring to take care of ants. He is wonderful! He knows what he is doing and is a great guy! This is a great company A Action and they do a very good job and at a fair price! I will only use them for any problems I may have!

A-Action Pest Control provides very thorough services. Mr. Rick Brown is our Service Specialist. He is professional and kind which is greatly appreciated. We receive indoor and outdoor treatment. Outdoor bugs are the worst! They seem to find their way inside where they don't belong. Also, there was work done on the house which caused a friendly mice issue. Openings were sealed and we have not had any uninvited guest after continued services. Spiders love this house, and especially the basement. I am very pleased to announce, with regular treatments, they are being controlled. We have tried other services, but none compares to A-Action Pest Control. I feel a sense of relief and peace after services. I absolutely appreciate the fact that they will come back out before the next service if there is an unresolved issue. I highly recommend the services and will continue to using there services.

We just had our initial treatment visit today, beginning quarterly services to address carpenter ants my store-bought baits and home remedies couldn’t fully take care of, in addition to some spiders. Briana was great to help me figure out my options and get on the schedule quickly. Jerry came out to our house today and was wonderful! He was respectful and personable, patient and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and inspected and identified potential entry points the bugs may be coming from as well as things that likely attracted the carpenter ants. I didn’t feel like he rushed through to get to the next job, he really cared about doing things well and helping us get rid of these pests. I would be thrilled if Jerry was the technician who helped us with future treatments as well, because he was fantastic! I just started an all seasons program with A-Action to rid my home of mice. The overall service thus far has been very responsive and professional from the start with the home inspection by Gary and the actual exterminating/technician part by Anthony.
